About this business:
Azteca Turistica is a tour company representing more than 350 hotels in Mexico and more than 40 million passengers who travel with them each year.

What the company wanted to achieve with this project:
Handling the daunting job of managing this quantity of hotels; the information about costs and rooms in each destination and hotel .

This company needed a system that could assemble all the information in a secure, functional and accessible way for each department and employee in the business, so that they were not overwhelmed by the administration and updating of the huge volume of information that would have to be taken care of each day. Also they needed a way so that the clients could access the published information, calculate prices of destinations and print on line receipts of their reservations, and do this ALL FROM THEIR OFFICES.

Likewise, we sought a system that licenses, training, and the growing infrastructure of hardware needed were no continuous headache.

  The Department of operations:
Manage all data related to their hotels , rates, fees, stays and promotions that each hotel worked with in each season.

  Sales Department:
Manage receipts by internet so that the clients can access them from their computers.

  Travel agencies (the business clients):
Make searches simply, quickly and intuitively in an enormous database and generate quotes instantly for their clients.

We achieved this objective and now thanks to this tool Aztecta Turistica has improved its efficiency, operations and as well has achieved an efficient channel of communication, that is available at all times, for their clients.

Due to the fact that application is through the internet, only an internet connection is needed to use it, and because the applications fits Aztec´s needs so well, it has considerably reduced the costs of licensing and training, The software adapts to them and they do not adapt to the the software.
